On Thursday afternoon, MDP Chairman Chung Dai-chul was banging a gavel to put the no-confidence motion to a vote at the party executive members` meeting. Right after that, the old guard of the MDP pulled the chair on which the chairman was sitting back, and reformists seeking a new party, who got angry at that, scuffled with the old guard.
