Go Se Ri, Go!

`We wish you will become the youngest Grand Slam champion.` CJ Corp., the main sponsor of Se Ri Park, hosted an event for the Korean star golfer.

People sent good-will messages to Park wishing her winning the grand slam title. Such short but encouraging messages as `Do you best` `I love you, Se Ri,` `Se Ri, my daughter is also Park` and `You are getting more beautiful.` were written on a large picture of Park.

The messages will reach Park before she competes in Nabisco Championship, this year first women`s major set to he held from March 27 through 30.

If Park wins the championship, she will be the youngest Grand Slam champion at age of 25 years and 6 months breaking the existing record of 26 years and 6 months set by Australian Carrie Web.

The four major women`s tournaments are the U.S. Women`s Open, the LPGA Championship, the British Women`s Open and Nabisco Championship.

In her first year in the professional league, she won the U.S. Open and the LPGA Championship. She got the title at British Open in 2001. Yet, she has not performed well in Nabisco. Since her first debut in 1999, she only climbed to the No. 9 spot last year.
