Inter-Korean Economic Cooperation Talks Being Held

At Incheon International Airport, on Feb. 11, Cho Myung-gyun, senior official with the Ministry of Unification is greeting Park Chang-ryun, chairman of the North’s national planning committee, who is leading the North delegation for the fourth round of the inter-Korean economic cooperation committee talks.
