Korea HP-MS Affiliates in Dot Net

Korea Hewlett Packard (HP. Chief Choi Jun-geun) and Korea Microsoft (MS. Chief Ko Hyun-jin) have joined hands in the field of MS net solution.

Two firms stated on 10th that they concluded strategic affiliation that reinforces co-operation in management, marketing, consulting and engineering part, in order to expand dot net (.NET) platform.

Dot net is a standard platform of next generation that MS promotes and it provides solution to manage each company’s management comprehensively on the web.

Through this affiliation, both companies will support establishment of total IT technology from consulting, maintenance to management, to clients who purchase net solution of MS and hardware or service of HP. Korea MS and Korea HP plan to run co-call center from next January in order to support co-technology and to reinforce co-operation in the field of marketing, management, license, education, etc. And Korea HP stated that it would train 50 exclusive consultants for dot net.

These firms plan to achieve 1,100 billion profit by dot net, co-investing 20 billion won on this business for one year.
