Kim Byung-Hyun, All-Star Player

Kim Byung-Hyun of Arizona Diamondbacks will participate in the All-Star game, which is the highest honor for a Major League player.

On July 1, 2002, Kim was picked up for 10 All-Star pitchers of the National League.

This is the second honor for Koran pitchers. Last year, Park Chan-Ho (Texas Rangers) got the honor. The All-Star game will be held on July 10th at the Milwaukee Miller Park.

Kim realized his dream four years after he joined the Major League. This year, Kim has shown excellent performance. In 38 games, he recorded 3 wins, 1 loss and 20 saves, allowing 2.47 points on average.

Among the relief pitchers of the National League, he ranks 7th. But he struck out most, 65. Thus, he has left an impressive image on fans.
