Many people visit health clubs with purposes of losing weight around waist. In order to wear off surplus fat in waist, aerobic exercises are needed. They get rid of fat inside the body, which consequently lose weight. Some aerobic exercise equipments that are easily accessible at health clubs include running-machines, indoor bicycles, and step-machines. Other tools like rowing machines, sky-walkers, and cross-skis are also available.

Director Lee Myung-Jae suggests beginners to work out for one hour a day, 4 times in a week. This will cause no hindrance in daily life, and be appropriate for enjoying the exercises. He says that in case of wanting to grow muscles, it is better to lift light weights several times than to use heavy ones.
