North Korea revealed yesterday that "the current distrust and confrontation in the Inter-Korean relationship may be shifted to reconciliation and cooperation through a wide ranging dialogues and cooperation including the meetings of from Supreme leaders to all parties and social organizations."

Pyongyang Broadcasting reported that Kim Il-Sung Open University held a lecture yesterday evening for the South Koreans and the Koreans in foreign nations titled "Dialogue is crucial for the autonomous unification of the North and South."

The `Supreme level meeting` which is an advanced expression of previous term "dialogue between authorities, seems to refer the Inter-Korean summit but did not reveal the details for the resumption of the Inter-Korean dialogue."

The Broadcasting also denounced, "the Bush administration has put pressures on the South government to interrupt the dialogue between the North and the South. The Bush administration is setting the South right-wing conservative groups such as Lee Hoi-Chang to talk out a sort of pouring-out theory."
