GNP Named Secretary General Lee Sang-Deuk and Chief Policy-maker Lee Kang-Doo

Lee Hoi-Chang, the president of Grand National Party (GNP), appointed Lee Sang-Deuk as secretary general, Lee Kang-Doo as chief policymaker, Park Won-Hong as propaganda secretary, and Nam Kyung-Pil as party`s spokesperson.

GNP president Lee appointed Kim Ki-Bae, the former secretary general, to vice chairman of Nation Reformation Committee, and let Lee Jae-Oh, floor leader, and Kim Moo-Sung, the chief secretary to the party president remain. Rep. Choung Byoung-Guk was appointed as vice chief of the party`s presidential office.

And Lee named Lee Jong-Goo the former editorial writer of Hankook-ilbo for a press secretary, and Shim Jun-Hyung, the former chief of management and planning department of Dizzocom, for a propaganda secretary.

When Kim Mahn-Jae, chief policymaker of the GNP, expressed his intention to resign, other officials of the GNP followed him and expressed their intention to resign altogether to "relieve the party`s president Lee from the burden of selecting party leadership."
