Public Prosecutor General, Shin Seung-Nam said in a press meeting on 31st last month with the 100th day in his office ahead, that ``the prosecutors office will prohibit the groundless false incrimination and correspondence, and restrain all kinds of interest groups including the politicians from the visit for protest, in order to establish the atmosphere in which the prosecutors can work according to their convictions. Especially, Prosecutor General Shin revealed that the prosecutors office has reviewed on the plan to selectively accept the accusations and the prosecutions, in order to protect the personal right from the abuse of the accusations and the prosecutions.

Regarding the service for the peoples, ``I have advised the prosecutors to take care the

For such a purpose, he has the plans to extend the `right to face the prosecutor` that allows the petitioners to directly meet the prosecutor, and to simplify all sorts of documents such as a written arraignment in order to help the petitioners understand easily the investigation results, he added.
