The Korean government plans to respond forcefully in case the Japanese Prime Minister Goizumi Junichiro decides to enforce the Yasukuni Shrine worship.

``We will take whatever necessary measure if Prime Minister Goizumi enforces the shrine worship`` government authorities said.

The government reported that it requested the elimination of Korean member registry from the Yasukuni Shrine and a complete member list from the Japanese government.

The Japanese government said ``We will convey the Korean government’s request to the Yasukuni Shrine and will communicate the results when they come out.``
