Scholarship fund of a poor mother

A poor woman in her 50s and living in a rented house in Ulsan donated 200 million won to be used to help educate underprivileged children. The money came from the compensation Park Jeong-Ja received for the death of her son, Hwang Yun-Song, who was killed in an accident in 1999 at the age of 20. The public-spirited 57-year-old bereaved mother Wednesday said she wants the money to set up a scholarship fund in the name of her dead son.
