The Seoul District Prosecutor's Office arrested Chang Young-Soo, president of Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Wednesday on the charge of illegally lending 1.5 billion won in corporate funds of Daewoo Corp. for individual use. It is a violation of the Supplemental Punishment Law on Specific Economic Crimes.
