Seohae Grand Bridge opens

President Kim Dae-Jung decorates those who distinguished themselves in the mammoth project to build the Seohae (West Sea) Grand Bridge over the west coast during a ceremony held at Haengdam-do, Chungchongnamdo, Friday.
