“Hello Again”

The second delegation of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), including its head, Saukkonen Heikki Antero from Finland (left), arrived with much inspection equipment while entering Korea through Incheon International Airport for further investigation on Korean nuclear experiments. He is asked to open inspection equipment, including a sealed container drum made of lead which seems to be for collecting plutonium samples.
