New drug smuggling techniques

Police reveal new techniques for smuggling drugs into the country Tuesday. A merchant trading with China who brought them to South Korea for injection after buying North Korean philopon in China and is known to have melted the drug in hot water to spread it evenly on tinfoil, then hid it in a book, and passed through airport security.
