Fans of energy conservation

The Public Administration and Security Ministry and Nonghyup Bank employees hand out fans Monday in an energy conservation event at the central government complex in downtown Seoul. Six government offices of Seoul, Gwacheon, Daejeon, Gwangju, Jeju and Chuncheon held the campaign the same day.
