Blocking bill on FTA ratification

Rep. Kim Dong-cheol of the main opposition Democratic Party takes a call from party chairman Sohn Hak-kyu on Tuesday, while presiding over a budgetary subcommittee meeting at the small conference room of the National Assembly`s Foreign Affairs, Trade and Unification Committee. Kim is the chairman of the subcommittee. Opposition lawmakers have occupied the whole conference room of the committee for nine days.
