With 40 percent of staff at the Korea Food and Drug Administration moving to their new headquarters at the Osong Life Science Complex in Cheongwon, North Chungcheong Province, without their families, fears are mounting that Sejong City, a new administrative city to house dozens of central government agencies, will lead to separated families.
