Helping Flood Victims

Victims of heavy rainfall in Seoul`s western Gangseo district wash submerged household items along with volunteers from Korea National Red Cross Thursday, the last day of the Chuseok (Full Moon Harvest) holidays. With semi-basement houses hit hardest by the heavy downpour, the government has restricted the construction of semi-basement houses.
