Stepping up at Gyeonghoi Pavilion allows a bird`s eye view of buildings at Gyeongbok Palace in Seoul. The palace`s management office under the Cultural Heritage Administration has reopened the pavilion after closing the facility for safety checks in 2008. Four groups of 60 visitors each will be allowed to tour the pavilion daily from August 15 to October 31.
