Lawmakers of the minor conservative Liberty Forward Party, the main opposition Democratic Party and the progressive Democratic Labor Party yesterday raid the platform of Prime Minister Chung Un-chan, screaming, “Plenary speeches should come first.” Chung was trying to deliver an administrative policy speech on behalf of President Lee Myung-bak at the parliamentary plenary session.
