Chungcheong Residents Protest

Some 100 residents of Yeongi County, South Chungcheong Province, yesterday protest a police blockade preventing them from entering the venue of a government-held forum in Seoul on the proposed revision of the new administrative city to be built in the county. They said the forum should not have been held before all of them were allowed to attend, causing a delay of nearly 50 minutes.
