Fake Photo in NK Newspaper

This photo was taken when North Korean leader Kim Jong Il visited reclaimed land in North Pyongan Province in early July. The picture was carried in North Korea’s official daily Rodong Shinmun July 6. The slogan “Let’s share our commitment with our Dear Leader to the end” was later found to be added to the picture using a graphic editing program.
