Midfielder Park Ji-sung of Manchester United is expected to extend his contract with the English soccer power by four years.
The Times of London said on its online edition yesterday, "Park (Ji-sung) and Jonny Evans are expected to commit their long-term futures to Manchester United in the coming weeks as the English, European and world champions continue to plan for life after Sir Alex Ferguson."
Park is likely to get a four-year extension and Evans one for five years.
No new deal is on the table as Park has 18 months left on his existing contract, but coach Ferguson has said Park will remain an integral member of his squad.
Park moved from PSV Eindhoven of the Netherlands to United in July 2005 and has emerged as a consistent midfielder, though he has had little luck scoring.
