Hi-Seoul Spring Festival Starts Sunday

In an effort to promote the “Hi-Seoul Spring Festival 2008,” the Spring Winds dance team, comprising of children and university student dance club members, performs its signature dance at Seoul Plaza in front of Seoul City Hall, yesterday. From May 4 through May 11, many performances and events will take place at five ancient palaces throughout Seoul, as well as at the Seoul Plaza and the Cheonggyecheon area.
