On September 20, the attendees of an emergency general meeting of the National Association of Foreign Language High School Principals held at the Westin Chosun Hotel, Sogongdong, Jung-gu, Seoul shouted slogans as they read out their resolution. They adopted a strong statement opposing the policy on special high schools announced by the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development.
