Newspaper Readers

On June 19, a young man wearing hip-hop style clothing is immersed in a newspaper beside the sculpture of gentlemen in hats reading newspapers at Daehak-ro, Seoul. People read newspapers out of curiosity to know what happened in the world. The “desire to know” has led humanity into the sea of wisdom and has helped the evolution of democratic citizens concerned about the future of their communities. The sculpture by Jeong Jin-yeon is titled “People Reading Newspapers.”
