Former Seoul mayor Lee Myung-bak is talking at the Gandhi Museum on Friday. He is currently visiting Delhi, India. Lawmaker Park Geun-hye is participating in a campaign rally for Grand National Party lawmaker Oh Gyeong-hoon, who came forward as a candidate for the April 25 Seoul-Yangcheon district leader by-election.
