Getting Closer?

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, right, is approaching South Korean Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Song Min-soon after a joint news conference on Friday. It was told that Rice did this to show courtesy as she was aware that Song had evoked displeasure from U.S. by a provocative remark.
