Torrential Rain

All traffic has gone off since the road to Hangye3-ri, Buk-myeon, Inje-gun, Gangwon Province which had been carried away by the flood in July was again inundated due to the heavy rain on October 22 and 23. Muddy water is splashing under the flooded road.
