The National Assembly special committee on the Korea-U.S. FTA, which deals with FTA negotiations on the parliamentary level, kicked off in earnest and held its first meeting on July 31. South Korean Trade Minister Kim Hyun-jong attending the meeting reported the results of the first and second rounds of negotiations.
