On November 29, the Korea Liberation Association announced at the Kim Koo Museum and Library in Hyochang-dong Yongsan-gu, Seoul before about 1,000 attendees, including persons of distinguished services to independence and their relatives, that a second New Spirit Movement Rally would be held. It also said it would pursue efforts to reestablish national values and integrate society.
