A video reunion event for separated families from North and South Korea was held in the building of the Republic of Korea National Red Cross, Jung-gu, Seoul on November 24. Holding pictures of his brother and his family in the North, Lee Yeong-ryeol (73), a South Korean citizen, is having a video conversation.
