“I’m 19 Years Old”

Nineteen-year-old Lee Mi-sun (born in 1986) is casting her first vote ever at the election window set up at Wonmi 2-dong for the by-elections of the Wonmi district in Bucheon City, Gyeonggi Province. The revised election law stating that those over the age of 19 are eligible to vote was first exercised in this election.
