Yellow Dust Cloud Over Seoul

On April 7, the central part of Korea, including Seoul, was hit by “weak yellow sand” (200~300 ug), which has a maximum dust density of 296 ug per cubic meter. Under the yellow sky around Gangnam road, Seoul, some citizens are speeding up their walking while wearing masks in the afternoon. The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted the yellow dust phenomenon would weaken starting the afternoon of April 8.
