The photo is the one the Pentagon released on February 26. In the picture is Captain Troy Cope, a U.S. pilot and Korean War veteran. On that day, the Pentagon said, “The remains discovered in June last year in Dandong, China were confirmed as Captain Cope’s, who had disappeared in the middle of the battle in September 1952.”
