Rice with U.S. Soldiers

On February 23, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice is walking out to a podium to deliver a speech to soldiers of the first mechanization division, which is stationed in Wiesbaden Army Airfield in Germany. Secretary Rice is joining President Bush’s visit of the European countries.
