Train Derailment in Philippines Kills 10

The scene of a derailed train in the Philippines on the dawn of November 12. The Manila-bound train was carrying 400 passengers when it derailed and tumbled down 13 meters into a ravine near the town of Padre Burgos, southeast of Manila, killing at least 10 people and injuring nearly 120 others.
