Kim Jung Il’s Sister Severely Wounded in Car Accident

The Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported on October 17 from Seoul that North Korean leader Kim Jung Il’s sister, Kim Kyung Hee, a director of light industries of the Korean Workers’ Party (58 years old), was injured in a car accident in early September.

The Nihon Keizai Shimbun also reported, citing a North Korean source, that the South Korean government is also getting information on this and verifying the fact in a hurry.

According to the source, Director Kim’s exclusive car was damaged due to a car accident in Pyongyang. Afterwards, a French medical group visited North Korea and Bonghwa Clinic in Pyongyang, an exclusive hospital for the ruling elite, has been strictly under guard.
