As it is getting colder, soldiers of the Chilseong Army unit who guard the border at a general outpost in Hwacheon County in Gangwon Province are preparing for winter, hauling heating fuel lifted by a helicopter early Wednesday morning. In winter, it is hard to access this rugged area with vehicles.
