Unique Job Interview by E.Land

The E.Land, Korea’s leading group of fashion retailers, held job interviews with college freshmen and sophomores on Wednesday at a hotel in Yeouido. The company said that it wants to both cut retraining costs of new employees and give equal opportunity to college students even though they have not graduated.
