The supply of blood is in a deadlock. On March 16, a cold blood storage room of the Central Blood Center in Seoul has become vacant. “After the disclosure of disease contagion through blood transfusion, people seem to mistake blood donation for blood transfusion,” explained the Central Blood Center.
