The Warrant for the Three College Students Was Abandoned

The warrant of arrest for three people, Mr. Noh (20, Sophomore, I University), Mr. Kim (21. Dropped of I University), and Miss Choi (22. Female, freshman, D University), who trespassed the Headquarter of the US 2nd Division, was abandoned. The exclusive Judge for warrant in Seoul District Court Euijungbu Division, Chon, Jong-Min said the reason for the abandonment, “I acknowledge the fact of destroying the military facility; however, there is something to make allowance for the circumstances, the demonstration around entering the base was peaceful, and there is no worry of destroying the evident and fleeing.”

Mr. Noh and others cut the wire-entanglements of the US 2nd Division Camp Red Cloud with a cutter and entered the base and arrested on the 28th while demonstrating by shouting, “Punish the murderer GI.”
