Leftist Lula Da Silva Elected as Brazilian President

Lula Da Silva of the Labor Party celebrated his election as president of Brazil with her wife on Oct. 27. With the concerns in mind that Brazil might declare moratorium on foreign debts, Da Silva, the first leftist president of Brazil, said that he would keep the promise with foreign investors.
