TV Home Shopping and Online Shopping mall have been concerned about Bad Consumers of Black List.
The existing law regulates that the company must refund within 20 days after purchasing unconditionally regardless of a damage of the product for the online purchase. However, there are many bad consumers who send back articles again after using them because the return can be done easily.

Lycos Shopping has applied a stipulation on the return basis if bad customers who return articles over three-times a month again. Hansol CSN puts 30 bad customers into the black list and blocks the internet transaction.
