FKI, Active Supports to Promising Venture Companies

The Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) announced on July 16, “We concluded a venture company rating project of private economy and selected the promising venture companies of 185”.

FKI had a briefing session for ‘venture company rating project’ with attendance of 300 people including Lee, Seok-Yeong (Head of Small and Medium Business Administration), and representatives of large company, venture company and related firms, in a conference hall of FKI, Youido, Seoul on July 16. In the briefing session, FKI granted the representatives of selected 185 companies. For the evaluation supervised by the total 33 institutes including FKI, large companies, rating institutes and accounting firms, 459 venture companies applied. Through investigation of three times, 134 companies were selected according to the ranking, such as the Rank A for 51 companies and the Rank B for 134 companies.

There are 79 Telecommunication companies, 46 Bio-environment companies, 13 Game entertainment companies and 47 Semiconductor manufacturers.

FKI will passively support the investment, partnership with large companies and overseas expansion, and will distribute books on the company introduction in Korean and English to domestic and foreign related institutes.
