“Buy a Lottery Ticket”

Staff of ModexKorea (electronic-cash company) was giving the lottery ticket to visitors free of charge in a restaurant for ginseng chicken broth, in Jongro, Seoul one day before the early dog days on July 10. ModexKorea schedules to provide the lottery in the restaurant in Seoul, until August 10 which is the last phase of the dog days to publicize ‘Plus Double’ which is the internet lottery to be bought with a Smart card.
