30 Year Old Cerebral Paralysis Disabled Person Ordered to Watch Iron Fence

Defense Ministry announced on the 25th that it would let Mr. Park join the army with service number, as he wrote on the home page of Defense Ministry that he wanted to serve watching iron fence of cease-fire even for one day, when a singer Yoo Seung-Joon evaded from draft in early February this year.

Mr. Park is a serious disabled person, who can use only right arm on the wheelchair, and published an autobiography titled `The world won with one arm`, and will take part in the shot put and the club put at Asian Games of disabled persons to be held in Busan.
