Israel, Bombing on Palestine Police Headquarters

Israeli air fighter bombed a Palestine police post in Gaza Stripe on 7th, ending a 48 hours lull in military retaliation since 5th. Palestine security authority announced that Israeli F16 fighter planes dropped bombs and missiles on police headquarters. Two buildings of police complex were destroyed and about 20 people injured.

"Israeli tanks and troops entered southern Khan Yunis a camp in Gaza, and searched houses and arrested number of people. While security meeting between Israel and Palestine was arranged with the mediation of U.S. envoy Anthony Zinni, the retaliatory strike resumed. Despite the strike, the security meeting will be held on 7th as planned." said a Palestine officer.

Arresting the armed protesters, Palestine authority confronted two thousand of Hamas members who protested against the arrest of Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, the leader of Hamas on 5th. One Hamas member was killed during the clash.
