On Tuesday night the military attache at the U.S. embassy in Beijing, Brig. Gen. Neal Sealock, center, is seen leaving a hotel in Haikou, the capital of the Chinese province of Hainan, to meet the crew members of a U.S. navy surveillance plane that crashed on the tropical island off the southern coast of China.
